A genealogical resource space
This is registered in Geneafinder DNA: we are keen to provide you with useful and reliable resources to guide you with the search for your ancestors in the archives, to the increase in your family tree.
This resource area is available for all people registered on Geneafinder (easy and quick registration).
You can access it from the task bar at the top of the screen via the Aid menu or directly from your menu by clicking on our resources.
To navigate in this space you have the choice:
- Check or uncheck the resources you want to see or not.
- Use the search bar directly with keywords.
- Navigate the pages in search of what will make you happy.
Three types of resources: antisechers, printable, tutorials
In this resource area, you access three types of aid for your genealogy.
Antiseries
Antiseries, d’abord, ou « la marque de fabrique de Geneafinder » sont des articles dans lesquels nous avons recensé de très nombreux liens vers des sites, des archives, des vidéos, des photos, des livres et revues pour vous aider dans la quête de votre histoire familiale sur un territoire donnée. Aujourd’hui il existe une antisèche pour chaque département français (outre-mer compris) et nous vous proposons chaque mois une nouvelle antisèche pour votre généalogie à l’international.

Tutorials
These more technical sheets you help start your genealogy on Geneafinder, start your genealogy short or export your tree from another site or software (geneanet, filae, ancestry, myheritage, heredis, ancestris and gramps) in order to be able to import it to geneafinder and find your work.
In the tutorials you also find the articles that guide you in the use of our different genealogical tools (entry of your tree, visualization of your tree, search in the archives, an estimate of missing dates, nominal search engine in databases ...).
