A dates converter
For a long time, this dates converter will help you in The entry of the events of your ancestors ! Vous pourrez ainsi naviguer facilement entre les dates des calendriers grégorien et républicain. Pour ce faire, dans votre espace de saisie, entrez une date puis cliquez sur l’icône « convertir ». Vous pouvez ainsi choisir quel format de date sera affiché dans votre arbre (républicain ou grégorien).
Quick addition of events
We save you time thanks to the quick addition of events! In one click, add a birth, marriage or death to the file of an individual in your tree. A good way also to spot at a glance which basic event (s) you have to find in the archives.
As a reminder, by clicking on the drop -down menu Choose an event to add, you access around forty different events to fill in the life sheets of your ancestors!
The assisted seizure for the premises
No more grasping all the fields of places one by one! Now enter the name of a town and click on it in the drop -down menu (which you can scroll with your mouse). The municipality, the start of the postal code, the department, the region and the country will be automatically seized! Thus, you save time in your entry and limit the risk of spelling or spelling errors.
Of course, if you cannot find the town in our base or if you want to use a different spelling, you can fill the fields manually.
A new orientation for your family tree
Disarm you have a choice! So, are you more a horizontal or vertical tree? You are free to choose the view that suits you best to Navigate in the heart of your family tree and its branches By clicking on the icon at the top left of the viewer.
As a reminder, the color code is not by chance! It helps you in organizing your research. Indeed: an individual in green = you have regained his birth, his marriage and his death - an individual in yellow = you have found at least two of these events - an individual in red = you lack a lot of information. So you know where (re) start your genealogical research!
A dozen bases added to our nominative search engine
Our nominative search engine Allows you to search for an ancestor in genealogical or historical databases available on the web. We have added descriptions for each site as well as a dozen bases to fuel your research: digital libraries like Cairn or Persée in which may be articles on your ancestors, foreign genealogical databases such as Quebec or Belgium, bases of cemetery surveys or military.
As a reminder, enter the name of your ancestor, we do the research for you on this thirty sites. Click on the site you think of finding information. Please note, note that we do not go around the limitations of paid access to certain sites.
